Support
Nativa is a Chrome desktop browser communication assistant. It runs as a browser extension on desktop Chrome; there is no mobile browser extension.
Email us at info@becominglabs.app. Please describe what you were doing, the website you were on, and what you expected.
Nativa signs you in with a magic link sent to your email. Open Nativa Options, enter your email, then open the link from the same device.
If the link does not arrive, check spam and confirm the address. Links are single-use and expire; request a new one instead of reusing an old email.
If Nativa controls do not appear, reload the page on the supported website and make sure the extension is enabled.
If an AI action fails, try again on a shorter selection, check your plan limits on Pricing, and confirm you are signed in.
Plus and Pro are optional monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe-hosted web billing outside the extension.
Manage, change or cancel your subscription at Manage billing. Compare plans on Pricing.
You can withdraw Product Data Processing consent, and any optional permissions, at any time in Nativa Settings.
For access, export, deletion or other privacy requests, email info@becominglabs.app. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Known compatibility note
Telegram voice/audio tools currently have limited compatibility on Mac. Windows is recommended for Telegram voice tools.
Security: what we never ask for
Nativa support will never ask you for your card number or CVC, your password, a magic-link token, or an API key. Never send card numbers, passwords, authentication tokens, identity documents or other secrets by email. If a message claims to be from Nativa and asks for any of those, do not reply and contact us at info@becominglabs.app.
