Nativa is a family of cross-language communication products for browser, desktop, mobile keyboard and voice. When you contact support, tell us which Nativa product you are using, your device or operating system, what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected.
One Nativa account works across supported Nativa products. Sign-in links are sent by email, can be used once and expire. If a link does not arrive, check the email address and spam folder, then request a new link instead of reusing an old one.
Use the Nativa product made for your platform and enable any required system permissions. Availability can vary by product, operating system, app and input surface. For compatibility issues, tell us the exact Nativa product, platform and app.
If a translation, AI or voice action fails, confirm that you are signed in where required, check your selected languages, network connection, and plan or usage limits, then try again. Feature availability and technical limits can vary by Nativa product and platform.
One Nativa membership applies across supported Nativa products when you use the same Nativa account. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Purchases made through an app store are managed through that store.
Privacy and data controls can vary by product. Where available, you can change processing, learning, context or permission settings in that product. For access, export, deletion or other privacy requests, email support@nativa.becominglabs.app.
Security: what we never ask for
Nativa support will never ask you to send your full card number or CVC, password, magic-link token, API key, authentication token, identity document or other secret by email. If a message claims to be from Nativa and asks for any of those, do not reply; contact us at support@nativa.becominglabs.app.
